Continued Maintenance for the Body 

Here's a list of tips and tools that you need as you continue your journey through massage therapy and keep your body balanced and healthy

  • Properly stretch daily. Stretching daily  is important to maintain flexibility and to protect your mobility. Hold a stretch for 30 seconds. Don't bounce it can cause injury.
  • Massage therapy helps to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression 
  • Deep Breaths and Let Go. Breathe in through your nose slowly counting to 4 allowing your belly to move outward. Hold your breath for a few seconds relax and hold. Slowly let go through your mouth, pulling your stomach in to help expel air. Repeat.
  • Massage therapy helps to relieve headaches, muscle tension, and stress 
  • Take time for self daily. Meditation and Prayer
  • Massage therapy helps to improve blood circulation and lowers blood pressure 
  • Soak body in epsom salt. Soak body in warm water. In water, epsom salts break down into magnesium and sulfate. Helps relax muscles and relieves stiff joints.
  • Massage therapy helps to improve flexibility and range of motion
